The treatise shows the German imperialistic demands of the Drava Valley and of Pohorje after the First World War and at the beginning of the Second World War, the German occupation of the region in April 1941, its administrative political regulation, the composition of the organs of the German civil administration, its basic aims and especially the composition and work of the organization Steirischer Heimatbund for the Germanizatoon of the land.
