Description
In her article the author presents the way of
registration of economic enterprises from 1946 to 1954.
This is a period, when after the establishment of new
social system, the system of register keeping also altered.
Before the period in question, the registration of
enterprises and co-operatives was the responsibility of
district and commerical courts. With the after-war
changes, the administrative bodies became responsible
for the registration. In 1954, however, the registration
records were again taken over by the courts, at first by
district courts, and later by distric commercial courts.

- Avtorica v članku prikaže način registriranja gospodarskih organizacij od leta 1946 do leta 1954. Gre za obdobje, ko se je po uvedbi novega družbenega sistema spremenil tudi sistem vodenja registrov. Pred obravnavanim obdobjem so bila za registracijo podjetij in zadrug pristojna okrožna kot trgovska sodišča, s povojnimi spremembami pa je pristojnost izvajanja registracij prešla na upravne organe, kar je ostalo v veljavi do leta 1954. Takrat so registre od upravnih organov ponovno prevzela sodišča, najprej okrožna in nato okrožna gospodarska sodišča.
