This paper presents the regulations on documentation in educational institutions and the arising problems concerning the preservation of cultural heritage — the archive material, since technical regulations are not always harmonised with the archive legislation.

      • Pravilnik o dokumentaciji v vrtcu (Ur.L RS, št. 41/97) je pustil ob strani vprašanje arhivskega gradiva in določili gradivo, ki naj bi ga ustanova hranila trajno. To pa se ne pokriva z zahtevami arhivske stroke in lahko se zgodi, da bi vzgojno-izobraževalne ustanove, ki so v prvi vrsti seznanjene z "lastnimi" in ne z arhivskimi predpisi, izločale gradivo, ki ima trajen pomen za znanost in kulturo.
