Description
Today the Slovene archives are receiving the archive materials that were produced before the adoption of the last Yugoslav constitution in 1974 as well as the documents of the institutions, which lost their function in the new social system after the year 1991. Judiciary documents are mainly related to self-managing courts. Courts of associated labour, which were active from 1975 to 1994, are by far the most important among them. The archive materials should above all include the documents that were produced when the courts performed their basic functions. Those files are marked S and Sp and include registers and possible directories, which will facilitate the examination and use of the documents. The documents ofjudicial administration (files marked Su and Suz) will also be preserved, together with all available records. Due to the nature of those courts we will keep not only decisions, but also the hearings of the participants in the judicial procedure.

V pravosodju so to predvsem dokumenti samoupravnih sodišč.
