The data on the life and destiny of LL.D. Vito Kraigher were characterized as the state secret for a number of reasons. Those data made it possible to get to know the story of the intelligence and security services, their competence, beginnings and the details regarding the Kočevje process in the year 1943. On the partisans side some individuals were reticent because of Kreigher's close connection to Lovro Kuhar as well as his experience of illegal activity abroad carried out together with Zdenka and Boris Kidrič. LL.D. Vito Kraigher was certainly one of the outstanding personalities of the national liberation movement and one of those who lost their lives at the very threshold of the freedom of the people of Slovenia for which they had been fighting.

      • Podatki o življenju in usodi dr. Vita Kraigherja so bili označeni kot državna tajnost zaradi več razlogov. Iz njih je bilo mogoče spoznati zgradbo obveščevalne in varnostne službe, njene pristojnosti, njen nastanek in podrobnosti v zvezi s Kočevskim procesom leta 1943. Na partijski strani pa so bili nekateri do njega rezervirani zaradi njegove povezanosti z Lovrom Kuharjem in izkušnjami iz ilegalnega delovanja v tujini skupaj z Zdenko in Borisom Kidričem. Dr. Vito Kraigher je bil prav gotovo ena pomembnih osebnosti narodnoosvobodilnega gibanja in tudi eden tistih, ki so izgubili življenje na pragu svobode svojega slovenskega naroda, za katero se je bojeval.
