Description
The paper deals with the Auersperg family in light of their estates in Styria, as well as of their contacts with Styria After the initial, rather intensive establishment of contacts with the land of Styria as of the XIV centuryon, these contacts were severed for a short period in the middle of the XVI century. A new chapter in this regard was initiated by the Auersperg counts branch, which was established on the estate of Kirchberg am Wald and which died out by the male line in 1916. Other contacts of the Auerspergs with Styria were more of an incidental nature and of shorter duration.

- Prispevek predstavlja rodbino Auersperg v luči njenih štajerskih posesti in tudi njenih drugih stikov s Štajersko. Po začetnem, dokaj intenzivnem navezovanju stikov z deželo Štajersko od 14. stoletja dalje se je ta povezava sredi 16. stoletja za kratek čas pretrgala. Novo poglavje na tem področju je odprla veja grofov Auerspergov, ki se je sredi 17. stoletja osnovala na gospostvu Kirchberg am Wald in je v moški liniji izumrla leta 1916. Ostali stiki Auerspergov s Štajersko so bili bolj naključni in krajšega roka.
