Description
In the treatise, issues of the Slovenian Liberation Movement for an alteration of the Slovenian (Yugoslav) western frontier are considered. The new frontier was envisaged as the Slovenian ethnie frontier, with certain corrections. Preparations for negotiations took place in particular in the political area, where it was pursued, within the so called policy of Slovenian-Ita lian fraternity, to gain the support of as many as possible Italians. Preparations were under way also in the professional area within the Scientific Institute of the Presidency of the National Liberation Council of Slovenia (SNOS).

- Razprava obravnava zahteve slovenskega osvobodilnega gibanja za spremembo slovenske (jugoslovanske) meje z Italijo. Novo mejo so postavljali na slovensko etnično mejo z nekaterimi nujnimi popravki. Priprave za pogajanja so tekle tako na političnem področju, kjer so skušali v okviru t. i. politike slovensko-italijanskega bratstva za svoje zahteve pridobiti čim več Italijanov, kot tudi na strokovnem in to v okviru Znanstvenega inštituta pri Predsedstvu SNOS.
