The author gives a clear scientific overview of the history of economical politics and structure of the Slovenian economics in the period of 1851 - 1914. He presents the economic regulations of that time, the insolvency policy, tax structure, agriculture policy, structure of industry, electrification, railway and road traffic, trade and crafts, monetary operations and saving banks, and the accumulation of capital.
