Časopis za zgodovino in narodopisje

The analysis confirms that the Yugoslav concept of socialism development until the dispute with the the Cominform (the Information Bureau of Communist Parties) was identical with the Soviet one (totalitarianism). The forced dispute caused the search for one's one way (self management). Nevertheless, the Communist Party of Yugoslavia did not renounce its power, i.e. its leading ideatic role, even in self management society. The peculiarity of Yugoslav neostalinism was in its transition from a totalitarian to an authoritarian system (Titoism).
