The author considers the significant role of dr. Karel Verstovšek, who was at that times among the leaders of the Slovenian People's Party (SLS) in Styria, in the movement for support to the statement of the Yugoslav Club in the State Parliament inVienna, viz. in the Declaration Movement and at the time when Verstovšek was the president of the National Concil for Styria of 28 September, 1918, established two days earlier.

      • Avtor obravnava pomembno vlogo prof. dr. Karla Verstovška, ki je bil v obravnavanem času eden od prvakov Slovenske ljudske stranke na Štajerskem, in to v gibanju za podporo izjavi Jugoslovanskega kluba poslancev v državnem zboru na Dunaju oz. v deklaracijskem gibanju ter v času, ko je bil Verstovšek od 28. 9. 1918 predsednik dva dni prej ustanovljenega Narodnega sveta za Štajersko.
