Description

The article provides an overview of acquisitions and transfers of archival materials from the Surveying and Mapping Authority in Ptuj and Ormož, as well as an overview of the arrangement and description of archival materials in the Historical Archives in Ptuj. The reasons for the acquisition of archival surveying and mapping materials, the challenges in the acquisition and arrangement of the fonds, and the obstacles that had to be overcome in order to describe the materials in the appropriate segments are presented. The guidelines of the Inter-Archival Working Group for the Administration regarding future acquisitions of such materials to the competent archives are also highlighted.

      • V prispevku sta zajeta pregled prevzemov oziroma predaj arhivskega gradiva Geodetske uprave Ptuj in Ormož ter pregled urejanja in popisovanja arhivskega gradiva v Zgodovinskem arhivu na Ptuju. Predstavljeni so razlogi za prevzem arhivskega geodetskega gradiva, izzivi ob prevzemu in ureditvi fondov ter prepreke, s katerimi se je bilo treba spoprijeti, da se je gradivo v ustreznih segmentih popisalo. Izpostavljene so tudi smernice Medarhivske delovne skupine za upravo glede prihodnjih prevzemov tovrstnega gradiva v pristojne arhive.
