Description
Prispevek obravnava fonde s področja kulture v slovenskih javnih arhivih. Osredotoča se na število teh fondov v štirih razredih v klasifikacijski shemi fondov in zbirk. V posameznem razredu so izpostavljeni tudi najzanimivejši (posebni, najpomembnejši) fondi po izboru pristojnih arhivistov. Kot so raznovrstni ti fondi po svojem izvoru (obsegajo namreč gradivo kulturnih društev, gledališč, muzejev, arhivov, kulturnih organizacij ipd.), je raznovrstna tudi vsebina teh, saj v njih najdemo tako spisovno kot tudi multimedijsko gradivo. Na koncu so predstavljeni še novi prevzemi tovrstnega gradiva v pristojne arhive in problematika, s katero se arhivisti srečujemo pri vsakodnevnem delu s kulturnimi zavodi.

      • The article discusses cultural fonds held by the public archives of Slovenia. It focuses on the number of these fonds within the four classes in the classification scheme of fonds and collections. In each class, the most interesting (special, most important)fonds are also highlighted, as selected by competent archivists. Just as these fonds are diverse in their origin (namely, they include archival material from cultural societies, theatres, museums, archives, cultural organisations, etc.), their content is also diverse, as they contain both records and multimedia material. At the end of the article, new acquisitions of this type of material by competent archives and the problems archivists encounter in their daily work with cultural institutions are presented.
