Description
The article focuses on Nicholas Szechi III, a Hungarian ban and a count palatine during the
reign of kings Ludwig I and Sigismund. Nicholas III was the first to obtain in the name of his
family the Gornja Lendava and the Belmura estates (in 1366).

- Prispevek predstavlja politično kariero Nikolaja III. Szécsija (ok. 1320–87), bana in palatina Ogrske v času Ludvika I. in Sigismunda Luksemburškega. Nikolaj III. je bil prvi, ki je v imenu svojega rodu leta 1366 prejel gospostvo Gornja Lendava, in kot tako prvo na slovenskih tleh oz. v Prekmurju.
