Description
The author analyzes the principal elements of modem high-school history textbooks. As an example she has used two Slovene, two French and three British textbooks, all of which include 20th century history. The author concludes that modem history textbooks perform an important didactic and methodic role in the classroom as well as in the preparation for external exams; they namely include assignments referring not only to the text, but also to the pictures and written material, and in this manner enable students to work independently and actively.

      • Avtorica predstavlja glavne elemente notranje in zunanje strukture sodobnih srednješolskih učbenikov za zgodovino. Konkretni primeri so predstavljeni za dva slovenska, dva francoska in tn angleške srednješolske učbenike, ki vključujejo zgodovino 20. stoletja. Avtorica ugotavlja, da imajo sodobni učbeniki za zgodovino (zlasti v Veliki Britaniji in Franciji) pomembno didaktično in metodično vlogo pri pouku in pn pripravi na zunanje izpite, saj vključujejo različne naloge, ki se ne nanašajo samo na učbeniško besedilo, ampak tudi na slikovno in pisno gradivo ter omogočajo samostojno in aktivno delo učencev.
