Description
The article presents the research carried out by members of the inter-archival work group for judicature. The goal of the research was to gather information about the types of records needed for the process of appraisal of records created by district and local courts and by Minor Offence Judges in the period from 1995 to 2004. The article presents individual steps and methods which led to the creation of draft unified written professional instructions in the framework of the whole inter-archival work group for judicature.
