Description

The article deals with the new framework law on the protection of linguistic minorities in Italy. It gives a short historic survey of their status, analyzing the course of the present parliamentary discussion with regard to the obligations adopted by Italy with the signing and ratification of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.

Prinaša kratek zgodovinski pregled njihovega položaja ter analizira potek sedanjih parlamentarnih razprav v zvezi z obveznostmi, ki jih je Italija sprejela s podpisom in ratifikacijo Okvirne konvencije za zaščito narodnih manjšin.
