Description

There are four officially recognised national minorities in Germany: the Danes, the Frisyans, the Lusatian Sorbs and (since the ratification of the Framework Covention for the Protection of National Minorities in 1997) also the Simi and the Rama. The article deals with the situation of these national minorities and it focuses especially on the legal aspects of their protection.

      • V Nemčiji so danes uradno priznane štiri avtohtone narodne rnanjšine: Danci, Frizijci, Lužiški Srbi ter (od ratifikacije Okvirne konvencije za zaščito narodnih manjšin leta 1997) Sinti in Romi. Članek se ukvarja s položajem omenjenih narodnih manjšin, pri čemer je poudarek na pravnih vidikih njihove zaščite.
