Description
Even though we may not often be aware of this, law remains one of the main phenomena that direct social life besides morality and custom. Its rules and norms make society become a functional whole. Law restricts the individual's freedom, his benefits and aspirations. At the same time it protects, preserves and makes his rights possible. It not only creates harmony, but functions at the same time as a tool to protect and strengthen the superiority of one group over another. It is an interesting and exciting fact that neither before the war nor in the first fifteen years after the war was law a field that women would feel particularly excited about and attracted by. It seems that, with a few exceptions, women were not quite aware of the importance and the power of law in directing social affairs.
