In Slovenia, the partisan medical service played an important part in healthcare during World War II. The article discusses the attitude of the partisan medical service towards sexual and reproductive health. Based on archival material, newspapers and the already published studies and commemorative literature, the article illustrates how the partisan healthcare provided help during childbirth and the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, as well as its attitude towards the artificial termination of pregnancy. It also outlines partisan plans for the above-mentioned areas after the end of the war.
