Description

Tourism legislation provides insight into the politics, economy, infrastructure, safety, culture, health care, sanitation, diet, etc. of society. It shows how open it is, how (dis)trustful of foreigners and, consequently, its level of democracy. Tourism reaches into all the main segments of society, while the legislation regulating it is very diverse. Thus in the case of Slovenia, the legislation, regulations and provisions pertaining to tourism at the time of Austria-Hungary, the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, World War II, the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Slovenia were administered by various ministries and other bodies at the state and local level.

      • Turisticna zakonodaja razpira pogled v politicno, gospodarsko, infrastrukturno, varnostno, kulturno, zdravstveno, higiensko, prehrambno itd. stanje družbe.
