Description
On the Snežnik estate there were unusually numerous cleared woodlands under the law title of hereditary tenancy until land release. The transference of this cleared woodlands into the rightful ownership of the bondmen was never carried out. In the eighties of the 19. century the former bondmen started procedure to acquire these lands iunto their ownership. This efforts were successful. The bondmen tried to get rightful ownership also over other cleared woodlands of younger origin, this time through long duration tenancy. These efforts never succeeded.

- Na gospostvu Snežnik je bilo nesorazmerno veliko lazov ali ograd, ki so jih imeli podložniki v dednem zakupu do zemljiške odveze. Prevedba v kupopravna zemljišča pa ni bila izvedena. V osemdesetih letih 19. stoletja so si prejšnji podložniki začeli prizadevati za pridobitev prave lastnine, kar jim je uspelo. Obstajali so pa tudi še lazi, ki so nastali pozneje in so jih želeli koristniki pridobiti s pravnim naslovom priposestvovanjam kar pa jim ni uspelo.
