At the beginning of the article the author mentions the Germano-Styrian national socialists’ standpoints concerning the Slovene question in the region of Styria at the time of the decay of the Habsburg monarchy. The article then treats the consequences -of the Slovenes’ taking over authority at Maribor on the November 1st, 1918, and how this affected the later demarcation between Yugoslavia and Austria which in fact took place in Maribor. The author mentions in particular the central Viennese government’s point of view concerning the State demarcation in the Slovene part of Styria as well as t’he then standpoint of the German Graz concerning the demarcation such as began to appear at that time
