Description
Ljubljana got an up-to-date statute (municipal order) in 1850; with minor modifications it was valid until 1934 when a uniform law concerning the municipal communities came into force. This statute regulated the rights and duties of the municipal community toward the higher authorities and toward the members of the community. The article presents the basic analysis of the statutory articles.
