Description
By August when the occupiers began to deal hard blows to the National Liberation movement in Maribor and when some executors of sabotage groups had already joined the partisans at Mohorje, the National Liberation movement in Maribor performed a number of sabotage actions, among them some bigger ones. The first one happened in the centre of Maribor on 29 April and it is nowadays considered the first rebellious action of the kind in Slovenia. The greatest number of sabotage actions took place in July. Among others two planes set fire to a railway carriage belonging to a military transport train at Tezno railway station.
