On basis of selected documentation of the Provincial Court in Ljubljana the author deals with the activity ofthe Organisation of Yugoslav nationalists (Organizacija jugoslovanskih nacionalistov) in Slovenia in 1923/24. It is clearly seen the organisation had at its beginning full support of the state in political and physical fight against all who were to the organisation’s oppinion weakening the strength of the state or were collaborating with those who appropriated parts of Slovene territory. With becoming troublesome to the state, its relation towardsthe organisation altered until it was finally forbidden.
