On basis from materials from the Archive of SR Slovenia (: Society Rules and Societies — fond Društvena pravila in Društva) and newspaper sources the article describes — for a 30 years period — the organisational development of ZAKŠ and ZAKGŠ. Both organisations belong to the not yet researched societies. ZAKŠ had in majority of the counties one branch and over 1000 members while ZAKGŠ had few branches of which each covered several counties. Worth our attention is ZAKŠ which tried in the first year of its consolidation — with the movement around the magazine »Brazda« — to join all peasants into a united Slovene peasantry organisation in the spirit of Krek’s pluralism ant at the same time put into practice Krek’s demands from the Social plan of the Slovene labour-classes.
