The author analyses on basis of debit records into the cadastral book of Dol at Ljubljana — the land property structure, the course of indebting of peasants, retaliating debts, paying out hereditary claims, the structure of peasant debts, shares of indebted peasants and shares of debt of individual cathegories of peasants in the collective peasant debt — and compares the degree of indebtedness per hectare of property and per farm in the between wars period in the above mentioned cadastral commune east from Ljubljana in the valley of the Sava river.
