Description
During the course of war operations on the East front the state government evacuated inhabitants from Falicija and Bukovina to individual countries ofthe Monarchy; by entrance of Italy into war in may 1915 the civilians from the territories of combats at Soča river withdrew as well. Part of those refugees found shelter in Ljubljana. The provincial government decreed the war captives in Ljubljana for labour. Considering supply the war captives were not taken as good care of as the refugees. The author deals primarily with problems with supplying those temporary inhabitants of Ljubljana.
