The contribution treats the foundation and shortterm activity of the GPO Department, which had its seat in Trieste (Trst) in 1945 and functioned within the framework of the Provincial National Liberation Committee for the Slovene Littoral and Trieste (Trst). It also presents the stamp issued by the above mentioned Department immediately after its foundation.
