Description
The author, briefly describes the beginnings of telephony in Ljubljana. In order to assess the speed, respectively the slowness of introducing telephony better, he decides upon a comparison with Zagreb. Thereby he finds out that the development of telephony in Ljubljana was much slower than the one in Zagreb; the situation was even worse when compared with the other parts of Europe.
