Description
In tlje introductory part, the author calls attention to A. Fischcl’s views concerning the use of Slovene in the court. On the basis of the materia, and opinions published in the professional newspaper »Slovenski pravnik« (1871 —1918), he presents the language problem of the court in the Slovene ethnic territory. Obviously the Slovene language had great difficulty in gaining ground in the law-courts of Carinthia, Lower Styria, the Littoral, and, Carniola as well.
