Description
The legacy inventories are a valuable source for researching the residental furniture, which used to be part ofthe nobleman’s dwelling. On the basis ofthese sources the author describes different kinds ofthe storage furniture (chests, wardrobes, desks, dressers, tabernacle chests, cabinets) which were used by noblemen in that period and especially, when each particular type offurniture came in use.
