Description
The article presents the beginning of the functioning of the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana from the nomination of the first four professore in August 1919, the conditions in the first studying year and further development of the faculty to 1941, which was limited by finances and premises. The author presents the legal definitions that regulated the activity of the faculty, and the plans of two regulations made by the faculty itself and a plan for a common regulation for all faculties of arts in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
