The author presents two documents, kept in the Attems-Heiligekreuz archive in the Styrian Provincial Archives in Graz, about the altars that a stone-cutter Luka Mislej has made following the order of Ignacij Marija the state count Attems. The marble altars in the castle chapels in Slovenska Bistrica and in Podčetrtek were finished before 11th of January 1724 while the altar in Vurberk was ordered on the 11th of February 1724. The marble equipment in the chapel of the castle in Brežice is also probably the work of Mislej's manufactory. The article is supplemented with some new data on the baroque equipmentin the castle Podčetrtek.
