Description

The article discusses the life and work of the Slovenian cooperator and publicist Miloš Štibler. The borderline Slovenian comes from Podravje region, from a farming family. He graduated from Classical Grammar School Maribor and completed Cooperative College in Darmstadt. Before the First World War, he acted as a secretary of the Cooperative Union in Celje. In the 1919, he went from Vienna to Belgrade where he stayed until 1946, with brief spells of staying elsewhere.
