Description
The purpose of this article is to clarify once and for all the circumstances surrounding the attack on Vurberk Castle and refute the generally accepted and insufficiently researched facts regarding the cause, process, method of the attack, and actual damage caused by the agressors. The primary aim is of course the revealing of the time of the attack on the castle complex, for it has not yet been determined with certainty, since the occupying sources and the domestic sources that have arisen after the war regarding the latter are contradictory.
