Author describes the effects of school policy in the Venezia Giulia region in the period between the two world wars. He draws attention to the facts and turning points, which have influenced the development of the Slovenian education system under the authority of Italy until 1928, when the Slovenian education system was actually completely abolished. The paper describes the structure of school and extracurricular activities that had the task of denationalization and fascisation of Slovenian pupils in primary schools.
