Description
The treatise is divided into two parts. In the first D. Nećak discusses the activities of the Office for the Occupied Territories in 1919—1920 which collected material for the Paris Peace Conference and endeavored to look after the emigrants in Yugoslavia. In the second part A. Vovko examines the activities of the emigrant associations ORJEM and the Union of the Yugoslav Emigrants of Venezia Giulia, both of which operated in Yugoslavia.

      • Razprava je razdeljena na dve poglavji, v prvem govori D. Nečak o delovanju "Pisarne za zasedena ozemlja" v letih 1919-1920, ki je zbirala material za pariško mirovno konferenco in skušala skrbeti za emigrante v Jugoslaviji, v drugem pa A. Vovko osvetljuje delovanje emigrantskih društev ORJEM in Zveze jugoslovanskih emigrantov iz Julijske krajine, ki sta delovala v Jugoslaviji.
