In the theses put forward the author outlines the most characteristic moves and measures of the economic policy during the period of administrative socialism The entire period reveals two basic phases. The first, lasting until the end of 1946, was the phase of reconstruction during which the economic policy and the governmental policy were brought into line. There followed the phase of the first Five-Year-Plan which was marked by industrialization me author traces the basic measures in the economic policy of the period

      • Avtor preko zastavljenih tez prikazuje najznačilnejše poteze in ukrepe ekonomske politike v obdobju administrativnega socializma. Celotno obdobje je potekalo v dveh osnovnih fazah. Prva je bila obnova, do konca leta 1946, ko je bila izvedena uskladitev značaja gospodarstva z značajem oblasti, druga pa prva petletka, ki je potekala v znamenju industrializacije. Avtor sledi osnovnim ukrepom ekonomske politike v tem obdobju.
