The treatise presents and analyzes the main objective of the first Slovenian national political program, the demand for United Slovenia. It shows the growth of the program followed by a growing political movement, up to its high point when the demand for unification consists of a demand for administrative and legal unity of the Slovenian ethnic territory, based on natural law and natural rights of an nation.
