Description

The author discusses the circumstances of 1949—51 period which lead to the decision of the central political leadership, to reduce considerably the extent of investments and to gradually abandon the economic- system in operation since the time of liberation. This is followed by an analysis of the concept formation of a new economic system and policy of essential capital investments in 1951.

      • Avtor v svoji razpravi najprej obravnava okoliščine, ki so v letih 1949—1950 pospešile odločitev osrednjega političnega vodstva, da bistveno skrči obseg investicijske graditve in postopoma opusti gospodarski sistem, ki je veljal od osvoboditve. Nato pa analizira oblikovanje koncepta novega gospodarskega sistema ter politiko ključne kapitalne graditve v letu 1951.
