Description

The paper discusses the socio-political and economic efforts of the Peasant Alliance to secure social protection for peasant population. The author's main concern is to present different proposals for a draft social welfare law within the framework of the clerical peasant movement during the period 1929-1941. The analysis of the causes of the decline of agrarian population shows why social welfare contributions could not be paid. It is concluded that by 1941 the question of social welfare still remained unresolved.

      • Razprave oriše s socialno-političnega in gospodarskega vidika prizadevanje Kmečke zveze, da bi kmetu zagotovila socialno zaščito. Težišče razprave je predstavitev različnih predlogov za zakonski osnutek socialnega zavarovanja kmečkega ljudstva v okviru klerikalnega kmečko stanovskega gibanja v obdobju 1929—1941. Ko avtorica analizira vzroke propadanja agrarnega prebivalstva s tem prikaže tudi vzroke nesposobnosti plačevanja zavarovalnih prispevkov. Obenem ugotavlja avtorica, da je vprašanje socialne zaščite kmeta ostajalo odprto do konca obravnavanega obdobja.
