In his discussion the author states that in 1946 reconstruction of economy was the.most significant and urgent task pursued by both the federal and republics' governments, as well as the prime objective of the country's economic policy. In its most important form, aiming at the pre-war industrial output level, the reconstruction was basically completed in 1946, which provided for and accelerated the preparations for drafting the five-year economic development plan.

- Avtor v svoji razpravi ugotavlja, da je bila v letu 1946 gospodarska obnova najpomembnejša in najnujnejša naloga zvezne in republiških vlad ter glavni smoter gospodarske politike. Zato se je v svoji najpomembnejši obliki, t.j. obnovi industrijske proizvodnje do predvojne višine, v velikem delu tudi dokončala v tem letu, kar je tudi omogočilo in pospešilo priprave za sestavo petletnega gospodarskega načrta.
