Description

The author analyses the revolutionary changes brought about in the last stage of World War 11 in the field of legislation, penal law and the structure and proceedings of the courts of law (describing the forms of irregular courts) and thus, and on the basis of political decisions by the Central Committees of the CPY and CPS, concludes that these were political trials, although formally meant to prosecute war collaborators and post war speculators and saboteurs.

      • Avtorica analizira revolucionarne spremembe, ki so nastopile 1944/45 na področju pravnega reda, kazenske zakonodaje in vloge sodišč. Pokaže, da so bili sodni procesi politični procesi, čeprav formalno namenjeni pregonu kolaboracionistov in povojnih špekulantov, saboterjev.
