Description
In the introduction, the paper presents the reasons behind the decision of the Yugoslav federal bodies to pass more than thirty new regulations, in the first three months of 1961, regarding individual sectors of the national economic system. The central part is dedicated to the planning of system changes, a new economic legislation and the endeavours for its enforcement. The final part deals with the difficulties encountered by the Slovenian enterprises in adapting to new economic conditions and with the attitude of the Slovenian politics towards the small economic reform.

      • V uvodnem delu razprave, katere poglavitvi vir je gradivo Izvršnega sveta LRS, so predstavljeni razlogi, zaradi katerih so jugoslovanski zvezni državni organi v prvih treh mesecih leta 1961 sprejela več kot trideset predpisov, ki so na novo urejali posamezne dele gospodarskega sistema. Osrednji del je bil namenjen snovanju sistemskih sprememb, novi gospodarski zakonodaji in prizadevanjem za njeno uveljavitev. V zaključnem delu so orisane težave, ki so jih imela slovenska podjetja pri prilagajanju na nove pogoje gospodarjenja in odnos slovenske politike do male gospodarske reforme.
