Description
The article deals with an extremely rare case of divorce in Carniola at the end of the 17th century. Ten years after the wedding of count Jurij Andrej Trilek to countess Suzana Felicita Gallenberg, the ecclesiastic court of the Ljubljana diocese pronounced the separation from bed and board and Jurij Andrej guilty. This was followed by a long-standing lawsuit in the secular court for the fortune demanded by the wife. The husband, however, rejected her demands maintaining that there was no legal basis for this since none of their mutual financial agreements had stipulated a divorce.

- Razprava obravnava izredno redek primer ločitve na Kranjskem ob koncu 17. stoletja. Deset let po poroki grofa Jurija Andreja Trileka in grofice Suzane Felicite Gallenberg je cerkveno sodišče ljubljanske škofije razglasilo ločitev od mize in postelje in krivdo Jurija Andreja. Temu je sledila dolgotrajna tožba na civilnem sodišču za premoženje, ki gaje zahtevala žena. Vendar pa je mož zavračal njene zahteve, ker je menil, da zanje ni pravnega temelja, saj ločitve ne omenja noben izmed njunih finančnih dogovorov.
