Description
Boris Rozman was born on 20 July 1955 in Novo mesto. In 1974 he entered the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana where he studied history and art history. He graduated in 1979 and in 1982 he was employed in Historical archives of Ljubljana. His professional activity was focused on acquisition of archives of societies and individuais. He also tried to find such material abroad. Beside professional activity he was also active in Archive Society of Slovenia (as the editor of the journal Arhiv) and in Historical Association of Slovenia (as treasurer). He died on 9 January 1994 in Ljubljana. A selected bibliography of his articles on history is added.

      • Boris Rozman se je rodil 20. 7. 1955 v Novem mestu. 1974 se je vpisal na Filozofsko fakulteto v Ljubljani, kjer je študiral zgodovino in umetnostno zgodovino. Diplomiral je 1979 in leta 1982 se je zaposlil v Zgodovinskem arhivu Ljubljana. Njegova strokovna dejavnost je bila usmerjena k pridobivanju arhivov društev in posameznikov. Prizadeval si je tudi evidentirati tako gradivo v tujini. Ob poklicnem delovanju je bil dejaven tudi v Arhivskem društvu Slovenije (kot urednik revije Arhivi) in v Zvezi zgodovinskih društev Slovenije (kot blagajnik). Umrl je 9. 1. 1994 v Ljubljani. Dodana je izbrana bibliografija njegovih zgodovinskih člankov.
