Description
The author gives in his contribution a historical description of the Karl University in Prague and deals with its significance for education of the Slovene intelligence. He gives a numerical and chronological review of the Slovene doctors, who promoted in the years 1917—1939 at the Faculty of Law, of Medicine and of Arts of the mentioned University. He also states the significance and role of the promoted doctors for political and cultural history of the Slovene nation and gives biographis data on their employment and other personal activities of individual doctors.

- Avtor podaja v članku zgodovinski oris Karlove Univerze v Pragi in njen pomen pri izobraževanju slovenske inteligence. Navaja številčni in kronološki prikaz slovenskih doktorjev, ki so promovirali v letih 1917—1939 na pravni, medicinski in filozofski fakulteti imenovane univerze. Posreduje nam tudi pomen in vlogo promoviranih doktorjev za politično in kulturno zgodovino slovenskega naroda ter podaja biografske podatke o njihovem službovanju ter o drugem osebnem udejstvovanju posameznih doktorjev.
