Description
The treatise gives new data from the Archives of Slovenia referring to the Ravbars, the landlords of the castle Krumperk at Domžale. The data are limited to the years of Kozma Ravbar being the land-lord. New are also the data referring to the sltuation of the vicinity resp. the village community Domžale, which belonged to the estate Krumperk. We also learn about the rights violation of the Krumperk bondsmen on the community land (the right of wood and litter usage and on cattle pasture). The author also deals with a minor local peasants rising in 1579.

- V razpravi so navedeni novi podatki iz Arhiva Slovenije o Ravbarjih, gospodarjih gradu Krumperka pri Domžalah. Omejeni so na čas, ko je bil gospodar Krumperka Kozma Ravbar. Novi so tudi podatki o položaju soseske oziroma vaške skupnosti Domžale, ki je spadala pod gospostvo Krumperk. Iz njih zvemo o kršenju pravic krumperškin podložnlkov na srenjskem zemljišču (pravica do uporabe lesa, stelije in paše živine). Obravnavan je tudi manjši lokalni kmečki upor leta 1579.
