Description
The author shows on basis of archival and newspaper sources and literature the formation of the Central professional committee for Slovenia from representatives of three non-regime, independant syndicate organisations, the Socialist professional commission, Christian-socialist Yugoslav professional union and national-socialistic National professional union in spring 1939, and it's activity to the end of 1940. The foundation of the Central professional committee was an important achievement in the formation of a unified syndicate front »on top level«.

      • Avtor je na osnovi arhivskih in časopisnih virov ter literature prikazal ustanovitev Osrednjega strokovnega odbora za Slovenijo iz predstavnikov treh nerežimskih, svobodnih sindikalnih organizacij, socialistične Strokovne komisije, krščanskosocialistične Jugoslovanske strokovne zveze in narodnosocialistične Narodne strokovne zveze v začetku spomladi 1939, nato pa osvetlil njegovo delovanje do konca leta 1940. Ustanovitev Osrednjega strokovnega odbora oziroma Medstrokovnega odbora je bil pomemben dosežek v oblikovanju enotne sindikalne fronte »na vrhu«.
